In October 2024, after juggling full-time work without daycare and with Tim away half the time on a DIDO roster, I (Brittany) hit burnout. That’s when we decided to build something of our own.
With my 15 years in HR and Training across mining, construction, and education—and Tim’s 8 years in underground coal—we launched a business offering tailored training, consulting, and admin support.
Day-to-day, I run operations while Tim works underground, and when he’s home, we share the load so I can focus even more on our clients.
